Ever wondered why some people experience mental illness and some don’t?

You can be part of a unique opportunity to join the largest ever study looking at Genetic Links to Anxiety and Depression (@JoinGLADStudy). Anyone can get involved, whether you have a mental health condition or not. The GLAD study will make important strides towards better understanding of these disorders and improve the lives of future patients.

The Trust’s Research team is supporting the study and is encouraging you to sign up.

Am I eligible?

To take part in the GLAD Study you must either:

  • have ever experienced or are experiencing anxiety or depressive disorders (with or without a medical diagnosis)
  • have never experienced any mental health disorder.

AND you must:

  • Be aged 16 or over
  • Live in the United Kingdom
