01924 numbers From a landline calls to these numbers are typically charged up to 10p per minute. The cost of a call from a mobile will depend on your network provider and contract.

Your hospital appointment

For follow-up appointments/appointment queries please call 01924 541169. Open Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please telephone us on the number you have on your appointment letter.

For outpatient appointments please call 01924 541169 (calls are charged at the local rate).

Radiology appointments (x-rays, etc)

Please call 01924 512266. Open Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm.

For booking or changing your first hospital appointment please call 0345 60 88 888 (national Choose and Book appointment line). Open Monday to Friday, 7am-10pm. Calls cost no more than making a local call. Before ringing, please ensure you have your reference number and password handy. This will be on the paper work provided by your GP.

Media enquiries

The Communications team is responsible for media relations, staff communications and external communications across the Trust. This includes managing the Trust website and producing printed publications.

During office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm), all enquiries from journalists and requests for filming should be directed to the Communications team on 01924 543637 or by email to midyorks.communications@nhs.net.
