Making a complaint
We know that there are times when problems cannot be resolved by the PALS Team and when this is the case we are happy to help you make a formal complaint. There is a time limit to making a formal complaint. We ask you to make your complaint within a year of the event or becoming aware of a problem.
The PALS Team is available to explain how to make a formal complaint but there are several ways for you to do this:

If you would rather leave your feedback via the telephone you can call our PALS team from 9am until 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Radiology appointments (x-rays, etc)
Please call 01924 512266. Open Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm.
For booking or changing your first hospital appointment please call 0345 60 88 888 (national Choose and Book appointment line). Open Monday to Friday, 7am-10pm. Calls cost no more than making a local call. Before ringing, please ensure you have your reference number and password handy. This will be on the paper work provided by your GP.

If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please telephone us on the number you have on your appointment letter.
