Blogmas: Gate 32a Team
We’re showcasing our Gate 32a Team who were worthy winners in the Dr Kate Granger Compassionate Care category in our Celebrating Excellence Awards. Nominations in this category were invited from patients and carers and the team were nominated for showing outstanding care and compassion to a patient. Comments about them said that they were a shining example to the ward for “care, compassion and versatility”; they are “an amazing bunch of people” and that the nurses adapt quickly and show how loyal they are to their patients. The ward sister and ward clerk within this team received special mentions.
