Access Booking and Choice and IT project group

Our Access Booking and Choice and IT project group who were winners in the Sustainability category in our Celebrating Excellence Awards. Their two projects have seen a move from manual processes to digital processes – one has seen patients with suspected cancer receive timelier appointments, and the other has seen the creation of an electronic referral system to process referrals from dentists, leading to the electronic booking of appointments and the elimination of printing.

Spending time with my partners parents as we take it in turns each year between our families.

What’s your favourite festive dish?

Just Christmas dinner in general.

What’s been your best present ever?

All presents are lovely to receive, and I am grateful for anything I have received over the years. I don’t have a best one.

What’s your favourite Christmas song?

Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree.

Tinsel or twinkly lights?

Twinkly lights.

Do you have a favourite Christmas tradition?

Bacon sarnies all round on Christmas morning and getting the black bin liner out clearing the wrapping paper! Haha.

Tell us a Christmassy joke.
