What is Volunteer to Career?
This programme is run in partnership with Helpforce and is aimed at the Armed Forces community, including:
- service leavers
- veterans
- reservists
- spouses, civil partners and children
The programme can help you:
- Get a feel for roles in the NHS before committing to a permanent role.
- Develop your knowledge of health and care careers
- Build employability confidence
- Develop new skills and meet new people
- Get training and support with job applications at Mid Yorks
Interested in applying?
To apply for a place on the programme you will need to complete an application form and create an account with Better Impact, which is the system we use for our volunteering programmes. Please ensure you answer the question that asks you to confirm if you are a veteran, spouse or member of the Armed Forces community.
