The Our Services section of our website has been designed to give patients, relatives and carers more information about the services we provide.
As a patient, relative or carer you may not always know where to go for help or information. It can often be a worrying or confusing time especially when you, or someone you know, is unwell. The Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) is about making sure that as a patient, relative or carer you have someone to turn to for on the spot help, advice and information. The PALS service operates on all sites of the Trust utilising all members of staff i.e.. matrons, sisters, charge nurses, doctors, hospital matrons and reception staff as well as a central patient liaison team.
